DEFIBRILLATORS FOR THE VILLAGE – OUR GRATEFUL THANKS TO OUR GENEROUS DONOR

On behalf of Middleton St George Parish Council and the residents of the parish, may I take this opportunity to thank Mr Rob Maxey for his extremely generous purchase of, not one, but two defibrillators for our village.

We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have these provided for us, and whilst we sincerely hope they will never be needed, we can reassure ourselves that in the event that they are, they will hopefully save lives due to Mr Maxey’s generosity and foresight.

These machines have now been installed and are operational.  Our thanks to Andy Hill for enabling the installation at Londis, at The Square.  Our thanks also to The Devonport, for facilitating the installation of the machine in that location, at Middleton One Row.  Both machines will be overseen and maintained on behalf of the parish by Cllr Blacklee.
