Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Appeal under Section 78. Land to the east of Middleton Lane, Middleton St. George

The Parish Council has been informed by Darlington Borough Council that an appeal has been lodged with the Planning Inspector over the Borough Council’s refusal to approve Planning Application 18/01108/FUL for the erection of 55 dwellings on land to the east of Middleton Lane, Middleton St. George.

All representations must be received by the Planning Inspectorate by the 1st January 2020.  Any representations received after the deadline will not usually be considered.  The Planning Inspectorate does not acknowledge representations.  All representations must quote the appeal reference APP/N1350/W/19/3240898
